Tips for Infusing Soul into Your Relationship

Tips for Infusing Soul into Your Relationship

Jim and I just returned from our first book tour ever. What a huge learning experience! Launching our “Secrets of a Soulful Marriage” book, coaching programs, website and romantic retreats is a real calling for us. We have been dubbed Warriors for Love! We are motivated by the dire need in our culture for healthy, thriving relationships. Marriage and committed relationship can be a sacred vessel for healing, fulfillment and awakening as a soul in this human experience we are living. How can you infuse more “soul” into your relationship?Screen Shot 2014-09-17 at 9.23.13 PMHere are 5 perspectives we addressed in one of our recent book tour talks.

1. Love is Energy– not a commodity to be used to manipulate, barter with or as a business transaction. Love is holy.

2. Being responsible for feelings, thoughts, actions is the foundation of mature love.

3. Respect for yourself and your (future) partner enhances sacredness in your communication and behaviors.

4. Balance in your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual areas of your life creates balance in your home life.

5. Remember you are a spiritual being having a human experience. Personality traits can recede into the background and be forgiven so the virtues of your true essence can be highlighted and encouraged.
