Format:
Jim or Ruth design the retreat with you ahead of time. On the day of your retreat, you meet virtually at the beginning and end of the retreat. A follow-up call helps support integrating the practices into your everyday life.
Ruth and Jim have each led and participated in many retreats, including silent ones.
